Below, we have collated some important information for our final months and changes we had to make to accommodate the closure:
RETURNS
While operations are gradually winding down, we remain committed to honouring your statutory consumer rights. You still have the right of withdrawal and returns in accordance with German consumer protection law (§ 355 BGB – Widerrufsrecht) and European Union law (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights).
This means that you may return items within the legally required period.
However, please note:
Returns must be initiated on your own initiative.
We continue to offer return label creation for your convenience through the returns portal, but this service will be subject to a fee.

Your legal right to return remains fully valid regardless of the upcoming closure.
SHIPPING COSTS
During the gradual closure of our operations, we have had to increase the price of shipping around the world. We no longer offer any free shipping, regardless of the order value. You can view the new breakdown of shipping costs here.
