One or multiple items are missing from my order, what should I do?

We’re sorry there’s an item missing from your order!

Please contact our customer care or email shop@highsnobiety.com and state your order ID (begins with an "N") as well as which item is missing and in which quantity.

In case the outer packaging of your parcel arrives looking damaged please send us pictures. In this instance, we can open a case for you via FedEx/DHL.

In order to ensure speedy handling please also reach out to FedEx/DHL using the link below and state your tracking number in your inquiry.
