For order placed within the month of December you are eligible for a return of your order until the 15th of January. Previous requirements on returning your order still apply. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Delivery Cut-offs:

To ensure you get those precious gifts to your loved ones in time, we recommend placing your order prior to the below cut-off dates.

Orders within Germany: 13th of December

Priority services within the EU / EEA: 11th of December.

Priority services outside the EU / EEA: 12th of December.

Please note: The above information is our informed recommendation; The final delivery date is courier dependant and orders may be subject to high-volume delays. As we cannot guarantee the usual turnaround time for Economy shipments during this time we recommend shipping with priority services.
